Content: The "ALINA" project aims to make it easier for young people with little knowledge of German to access training, to ensure their training success by removing language barriers and thus to create equal opportunities on the training market. To this end, a multilingual, adaptive chatbot - ALINA - controlled by artificial intelligence (AI) is being developed and tested for the inter-company training (ÜBA) of automotive mechatronics technicians. ALINA supports the trainees individually in their learning and exam preparation, can translate technical terms and clarify organizational questions. To do this, ALINA slips into various roles (e.g. trainer, classmate, contact person at the chamber).
