The aim of the BMBF joint project InKraFT is to promote the inclusion of people with disabilities through the use of new technologies such as AR/VR and individual learning support. This is exemplified by the apprenticeship as an automotive mechatronics technician. To this end, automotive task fields and teaching content are examined in detail and integrated into virtual content. By combining professional training content, cognitive factors of the learners and a didactically sound teaching concept, a digital teaching/learning platform is to be created that can increase the chances of inclusion.
