Study flexibly in the Greater Region? The 'University of the Greater Region' project brings together 5 regions, 4 countries and 3 languages. This network, consisting of six partner universities, offers students flexible opportunities to study their various specializations at the partner universities.
RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau is a member of the cross-border association "University of the Greater Region - UniGR a.s.b.l." ( www.uni-gr.eu). During your studies, you can regularly attend individual seminars, lectures and other events at five other UniGR partner universities in the Greater Region and earn up to 10 ECTS per semester or 20 ECTS per year. You can have the credits earned at the partner universities recognized at TU Kaiserslautern under certain conditions and thus give your studies a European dimension without having to spend an entire semester/year abroad.
The UniGR mobility guide for students explains how and under what conditions this works. You also have access to the libraries (free book loans!), the canteens, language courses and cross-border events at the partner universities at all times.

EurIdentity certificate
With the EurIdentity certificate, the UniGr offers students the opportunity to acquire knowledge about Europe and to deepen their knowledge in a European context.
